Elevated urban system and social housing with facilities for informal settlements in fragile mangrove ecosystems in the Gulf of Guayaquil.

The proposal introduces new densities and mixed-use development to reduce travel distances. It promotes a compact city model aligned with a mass transit system, such as the Metro currently under construction. It also generates local employment opportunities to boost the local economy.

Dharavi is an economically prosperous and socially vibrant informal settlement in the heart of Mumbai. It challenges simplistic definitions, as highlighted in the 2003 Global Report on Human Settlements.

There is a close relationship between the PIT (Industrial Park) and the industrial zones of Mejía. It connects to all the expressways that make up the DMQ (Metropolitan District of Quito) ring road.

Urban analysis and design of recreational areas, mangrove restoration, park development, and facilities for Guasmo Sur, an informal settlement in Guayaquil.

An urban paradox that compares the extinction of pedestrians and urban bees as a result of gated cities and the decline of urban vegetation.

The program is integrated through a series of design concepts aimed at preserving and enhancing culture, nature, and topography. The most iconic elements of the project are the Stadium and the Hotel.

Covering an area of 27 hectares, the proposal establishes a planning framework based on the transect as a structuring theorem.
