There is a close relationship between the PIT (Industrial Park) and the industrial zones of Mejía. It connects to all the expressways that make up the DMQ (Metropolitan District of Quito) ring road.

The program is integrated through a series of design concepts aimed at preserving and enhancing culture, nature, and topography. The most iconic elements of the project are the Stadium and the Hotel.
