This project consists of the comprehensive renovation of an existing residence, where the interior layout was reconfigured to optimize spatial functionality and improve the relationship between social and private areas. The intervention also included the addition of a new level, increasing the usable area while enhancing natural lighting and ventilation.

The design seeks to integrate the existing structure with the new intervention in a harmonious way, creating contemporary spaces that respond to the current needs of its inhabitants.
