Community House: Service spaces are organized within solid brick volumes, concentrating support functions and freeing the floor plan for social areas. The public program is resolved through glazed enclosures that optimize natural lighting and reinforce the visual connection with the exterior. The rising roof directs the spatial experience toward the gardens, opening up to them and consolidating the continuity between interior and exterior.
