This project involves the renovation of the communal terrace of a residential building, with the aim of enhancing its character as a space for social interaction and recreation. The intervention introduces new social areas, including a BBQ zone and a jacuzzi, along with a spatial reorganization that improves functionality and user experience. The design seeks to create a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere, where residents can enjoy social activities and moments of outdoor relaxation.
