A residential building located on Eloy Alfaro Avenue, in a privileged area defined by its panoramic views toward the four cardinal points of Quito and access to a wide range of services. To the west, all apartments—from ground level to the 10th floor—enjoy sweeping views of the city, featuring key landmarks such as Pichincha Volcano and Atahualpa Stadium.
