The project proposes the transformation of an existing residence into a boutique hotel located in the Cumbayá area. The proposal is based on the preservation and revaluation of the existing structure, integrating it into a new architectural program through precise and respectful interventions.

The design is developed by taking advantage of the site’s natural conditions—such as topography, vegetation, and views—which are incorporated as key elements of the architectural concept. The intervention seeks to establish a harmonious relationship between the built environment and the natural surroundings, optimizing site placement, spatial quality, and user experience, while preserving the original identity of the place.
