An urban design response to a new model of inclusive city. The proposal introduces new densities and mixed-use programs to reduce travel distances, promoting a compact city model supported by a mass transit system such as the Metro, currently under construction. It generates local employment opportunities to strengthen the local economy and emphasizes green public space as a catalyst for community building.
